Lack of counterplay

First we have %hp true dmg with no counterplay ,then we have knock ups ,knockbacks etc...no counterplay ,Then we have stealth (wich is really fun play against) also no counterplay ,and now we have those 1 fucking million hp shields with no counterplay!! come on riot ,throw us a bone.
