I'm not here to talk about "I didn't deserve it". (I honestly feel like the whole report system is broken but that's a different matter)

I'm here to talk about the fact I've been stuck at Honor 0 for months, despite receiving tons of honors. What does it take to get your Honor turned around?

I haven't even been talking to people in game unless everyone is having a friendly conversation. Honestly, my past couple games were exceptional when it came to player behavior. Everyone was joking around and having fun, and when mistakes were made everyone was able to laugh it off and congratulate the enemy. I LOVE those games. Like my last Rammus game I tried Q away from the enemy team at 5% Health and rolled right into the enemy Yi. We all laughed. Good times.

But yeah- what do I have to do to get out of Honor 0?

In all honesty there is no progression... Riot hopes you will make a new account to buy things again. the Honor system itself is a toxic implemented thing made by Riot

It's like Riot them telling the players themselves

"You're fucking toxic, you don't need fucking rewards" Yeah Thanks Riot appreciate you telling me in the form of the Honor System that I'm trash and toxic

But honestly to get out of Level 0 or Dishonorable, you have to SHOW honor

Meaning you have to honor your trash team mate even if you don't want to

The honor system is to reward sportsmanlike play. Unsportsmanlike behaviour has an effect on the honor system, it's not just players clicking honor on the postgame, as demonstrated with honor level dropping. Unsportsmanlike behaviour or in-game violations also slow honor progression.

For example, the last person who made a complaint like this "stuck at honor 0, even though I get tons of honors" was in reality someone who had poor chatand was violating ToS usage rules, he just was not doing anything severe enough to get a restriction. That is why that individual did not progress in the honor, he was not behaving honorably.

The system is actually pretty smart and even if you aren't getting punishments, if you're still borderline toxic you wont make any progress.

If you say consistently say nothing at all except friendly conversation, you'll progress. If you mostly say nothing at all except friendly conversation, but have a few lapses of toxicity, you likely won't progress. Be careful around anything that to you might be friendly banter but to someone else might actually be kinda toxic, as occasionally people talk in a certain way with their friends or whatever and everyone knows it's chill, but talking the same way to 9 randoms may have some of them take things differently.

I'm pretty sure player support folks don't mind looking at your chat logs and giving you some specific pointers on how you might improve if you send them a ticket if theres nothing you think you can improve.
