Which adc is the best during Early, mid, late game and why ?

I just want to create a discussion and get some opinions.

Early game (level 1-7) Because of his high dmg output, high early mana and low spell costs. Early game doesn't need that much attack speed and he can last hit creeps very easily

Mid game (level 8-13) She has more dmg at this stage and her passive is basically a critical hit. If you play lethality MF, she basically can burst you down in 4-5 hits. Coupled with the most damaging ult in the dmg, and a great roaming capability (Strut) if she is a little bit ahead, you can expect an easy win

Late game (Level 14-18) The moment Twitch has and is protected by his team, ennemies are pretty much doomed. Coupled with the highest range, attack speed and insane critical %, he is sure to win games.

Draven definitely seems like the top early game ADC. He has strong lane pressure, all-in and snowball potential. His winrate / game time curve starts at 65% and continuously falls.

Midgame is difficult for me to decide. I'd like to say Ezreal but he seems to just be in a bad state in general currently. But when he is good, Ez is definitely one of the best midgame ADCs as he spikes very hard with 2-3 items.

Kog is easily the best late game ADC imo. He has insane mixed damage that can shred pretty much anyone and mows down frontlines even. Give him good peel and an ardent censer and he is basically godmode.

but is kog as strong as jinx/ twitch/ vayne at late game though. I mean he doesn't even scale that well with crit

Not having crit is okay though. Kog's damage is based on % Max health, high range and attack speed.

Yes. You can build something like this - item 3153 item 3085 item 3124 item 3031 item 3091 . With 6 stacks of rageblade you're getting 2x the damage from your W, Bork, Wit's End, and Rageblade, and applying that to 3 targets with Runaans. That's a lot of magic damage itself, but you're also getting good damage from just having IE. It's much harder to itemize against and tends to shred pretty much everyone.

Kog's W with full attack speed destroys everyone. He's a bit situational though, as he needs Rageblade/fervor stacked. If he does, he outduels even Vayne late.

If you want statistics on these things, champion.gg and na.op.gg both have a chart for "winrate by game length" that should effectively see who is the best dependent on the stage of the game.

I don't like it because it doesn't say if it's ranked or it's played in which division.
