then here is another tip with dealing with fiora if you play veigar against her don't stand near your e she can cast riposte in mid lunge and cancel the stun out and possibly stun you

Trial and error? That's 'bout the best we can do with champions, in terms of playing with/against/as, in order to figure out what does and doesn't work.

It's a 0.75 second frame of invincibility on like a 20 sec cd to like 14 sec lvl 5 , if she predicted or reacted in time to a skill that was major on beating her, she should be rewarded,

most fun thing to do, is to parry the enemy fiora ult, something that's hard but hilarious that it's something you can do, with that she doesn't get the vital circle around you

I don't think it blocks continuous AoE spells like Fid ult. I may be wrong.

You are COMPLETELY immune to EVERYTHING incoming (except towers) during riposte. Including AOE.

For example if rumble equalizers you and you riposte, during the riposte you take no damage and after if you are still standing in it, you will then take damage.

The stun doesnt even have to be from an enemy champion, you can riposte baron CC and then if you hit an enemy champion with the projectile w part it will stun them

It just a consequence of how the ability works. The ability is essentially a short zhonyas where fiora is still targetable. The ability would be not be able to "riposte" abilities if it didn't work this way. Not to mention insta cast abilities like Ryze snare and Darius ult would never be riposted and would simple cancel mid cast for them to recast after the riposte ended(how it works for item 3157 ).

A really good Fiora (I'm talking about Diamond+ OTP) with good reaction time can riposte a Rune Prison. Ryze snare DOES have a cast time, it just applies instantly after cast because it has no travel time. It used to be possible for Rune Prison to go on cooldown without rooting anybody because the target walked into a bush. So the moment Ryze stops and begins his animation (the Fiora would have to remember what they look like), Fiora ripostes.This requires a lot of concentration though.

An example of no cast time would be flash or ignite, which is instantaneous

It makes sense. I mean, it's not like her situation actually changes, despite this bit of information coming up. If she's capable of blocking other forms of true damage or dots, it makes sense as to why she could for ignite.

Just sucks cuz ignite is a summoner spell meant to work like outside the normal game for that added oomph. I could be wrong but does Morg shield even block ignite? Ignites on a higher cooldown than almost every ult in the game. .-.

"out of the dumpster" Yeah sure buddy. It's not like fiora is the most played toplaner with a high winrate considering she is supposed to be lategame and "difficult" to play. In reality she is just freelo since she has absolutely no losing matchup, is a lanebully juggernaut with hypercarry lategame. The only thing you can do is set her behind and end the game before she scales back, that's her only real weakness. Once again yasuo syndrome you must hope for her to fuck up to beat her which a lot of players do but you might think she has a lower winrate than 52% on AVERAGE in this early game snowball meta.
