I'm actually curious on how preseason 9 will be managed

Will it actually fix everything that went wrong with S8 and everything else that Riot promised to fix while in S7 with preS8?

Or will it go exactly how it went last time, bringing more problems while ignoring the existent ones?

I'm pretty sure Riot will make a million changes, completely change the game so nobody knows wtf is going on.. and it will take 4+ months just for it to be playable again.. which they will release another 'update', and completely change everything again.
