So I've noticed a lot of people are afraid that it will be too op on champions like Vayne and Twitch. Well I have a solution for that. If Riot gives the true damage proc maybe a 10 second cool down then it won't be op and it couldn't be overused but it would still be good and effective.

it is not broken on Vayne, apparently You have to be in Stealth for a whole second for the item to proc. For Vayne, that whole second causes you to LOSE DPS.
#In other words vayne would do more damage without the item with more attack speed, then trying to proc it.
So it's not worth.
#What about twitch.
Well sure he goes invisible for longer, but let's be real here just say there are probably better things for twitch to buy and like vayne, **could probably do more damage with other items. **

Vayne's the true damage witch of bot lane, she'll always be strong.. xD
As far as changes do go though.. I can tell you for sure.
People are saying positive things about Leblanc.. commenting on how nice she is to CS with now.
Kat can also be very strong if played right.
Shaco support, I tried it for first time one game, it's fun..
As for items...
Control wards are kinda annoying as a support main.
Allow me to explain.. If they're pushed up and they control the lane, they place a control ward in the bush to keep us from seeing whos all in the bush..
#This makes it easier for their jungler to come through lane.. it's very infuriating because you try to push back and Surprise! there's an assasian.. (Everyones an assassin right now...xD)
Uh,.. New tank support item is pretty OP (Especially on 
) while the new healing item is Okay. I can see it being good in higher levels but in low levels I feel like I could use that healing item better. It has a cast charge so you got to use it wisely. but the range is ridiculous.
Time it wisely a support could steal dragon or Barron with it if jungler misses smite..
People thought the healing item would be OP but with the cast charge it's easy to walk out off, and it's pretty noticeable.
