Can we just swap the balance team and the art team?

Because, you know it, the art would be flashy, explosive, and so OP-looking you wondered who thought that would be a good idea to ever put that into a PVP game. <<<<<<<<< my least favorite splash arts, I mean, who the hell thought those were sufficient??????

And the champions in-game would have some of the ugliest, weirdest shit going on, but at least they're recognizable and within a respectful pose.

Please. Thunderlord's decree is insane, as well as the balance that never seems to get fixed. End FOTM for all of players' sakes.
