Unfortunately, you can't reduce Mundo's healing for shit. He'll be healing at just slightly under what he'd have healed pre-buff without GW on him.

Riot just went too far with the buffs. Final rank should have gone from 60>80, instead of 60>100.

There's a balance between his healing being made a joke by GW and him being literally unkillable even in a 1v5 where everyone has GW.
