Why should assassins never have a high winrate?
Because their class are all about individual performance in a team game. It doesn't mean you are better than the vel koz, it just means you are abusing an already advantageous class of champions.

Can you stop? The whole "assassins take no skill to use" thing is such horseshit and the whole 'holier than thou' thing for using mages is cringe af
Except most assassins don't take much skill to use, if any at all.
(Only pure assassins listed)
point and click. Completely. All skill is just in surviving to 6, and then finding a way to be useful when people group, outside of split-pushing.
only pure assassin that takes any skill...until 4 items, then you just instanuke every squishy with just E>Q>Q.
only "skill" in his kit is landing his R (which really isn't that hard to do). Everything else is pathetically easy or point and click.
like Akali, but your usefulness is inverted (still kinda bad early, godly late, instead of godly at 6, kinda bad in late).
you just have to wait out their cc, then you roll over them. Not much skill involved, but you do need to hit things in the right order, so that's an improvement over old Kat...
get SA>gank/invade>get several kills>get to late-game>one-shot everything that's not a tank with just W>Q.
dash>R>Zhonya's>pentakill.
nothing in his kit is actually missable unless you were out of range.
you have way too much fucking damage and are incapable of failing to kill a target. The only question: are you smart enough to blink back at the right time?
Press R, faceroll the carry, wait 20 seconds because Ultimate Hunter+Presence of Mind, face roll their mage, repeat.
Can't actually talk on him much. Just haven't seen him very much at all. It doesn't seem stupidly easy to 100-0 someone, but damn he's way too fucking hard to kill at times.
like Kassadin, but f a s t e r, and you're a lane bully if you're into a tank/juggernaut. Although her Q can be a bit tricky to land if you don't initiate with E.
There are three ways to fail a one-shot on him: There's nobody you're capable of one-shotting because they have no marksmen, you're pathetically far behind, or you're ganking pre-6.
He takes a good amount of planning to pull off, but he's incredibly consistent when you do plan well, because his skill floor is so low it could be a basement in Amsterdam.
you can only miss the return on his W, and you have to be a primate to get caught out as him and not get away.
The primate takes the brain of a primate to play, because he's somehow even more pathetically easy to play than Shaco. The absolute lack of skill Shaco takes combined with the absolute lack of planning Tryndamere takes. You literally cannot fail your one-shot late-game unless there are no targets you have the damage to one-shot (which is pretty exclusively tanks and juggernauts).
the assassin everyone likes to pretend takes skill but he really doesn't. Sure, he's a bit tricky pre-6, when you might have to aim long-range W>Qs, but you press R and all of his skill requirements melt away, and their death becomes a question of whether or not they have a Janna/Soraka/Nami/Barrier/Zhonya's. They lack those and they die, unless you're pathetically far behind or they have 200+ armor and some additional HP.
Assassins just don't have any real skill requirement as a class. Their damage is all either point and click or used at point-blank range. Sure, there are a couple exceptions, but most just require basic knowledge of what order you hit things in, who you target first, when to roam (you know, all that shit every single champion has regardless of their class), and not much actual, real skill involved in executing any of it.
