RYZE should NOT be able to ult away with his whole team if he fights or gets interrupted.

- Why does he get to ult and keep on fighting ? Other champion like
if they get interrupted while ulting they stop so why the hell can a ULT while keep on fighting or not get interrupted?
Can you just revert Ryze back to his FIRST ever skills before all this B.S unbalance rework? Since if he had 3 rework before a 
then something is seriously wrong and shows how your team cannot balance him. Heck for people who learn his new rework ability it is so annoying with all the damage while he can just build hp item and don't care about cooldown.
Either make him actually have cool down or take his shield off because this is just a joke.
low cooldown. Can just build item that give mana and HP. Get's a shild or a speed combo.
How are mids even suppose to counter that? unless we have a huge long range champion that let us damage him since it feels like i am getting smacked by 7 spells while only doing 2 spell or 3 to trade off?
