A Kindred Tweak

Most champs can play multiple roles, but Kindred is disgustingly weak in all roles outside the jungle because of her really needing her marks to scale up well. A Kindred in lane simply won't be able to run all over the map trying to get her marks off jung camps, so I propose Kindred gain stacks at certain cs thresholds (50 cs, 100, 150, 200, 300. I'm just throwing out numbers here). This way she can slowly scale up while laning and csing well is rewarded. To make sure she doesn't scale out of control in the jungle maybe she loses that CS mark passive when she gets a mark from a jungle monster.
