Why do people dislike Teemo ADC?
This is probably the greatest position to play as Teemo as the targets are squishy and you can control the lane very efficiently. Plus, Teemo's damage is pretty gruesome when you go full AP with on-hit effects.
The only issue would be facing junglers but your shrooms and wards should mitigate that.
