Only barely.

Its AoE is absolutely miniscule, so it doesn't have much effect.

Helps with the wombo's though, since usually they'll be super grouped during a wombo anyway.

You also have to account for the hitboxes.

I think I remember getting a cannon minion from Tlords once.

Yeah when you proc it the other enemy has to be in your targets ass to get hit by it but it does happen.
