Talon's Passive is Garbage

Its damage is very small and he only has 1 ability that can activate it on his own. It could be buffed, but I think it would just be better to change it entirely.

If you think its bad, you probably dont realize how much it helps. Critical strike on his Q after E. Thats damage.

He has 2 abilties that can proc Rake, and cuthroat. Cuthroat also boost damage so to the target, plus his Q empowers his next aa for super bonus dmage and bleed. Not to mention it works with all slows and most cc's. You can take exhuast if you really felt like having more passive proc, red also works and some items help to, don't bash it, it's a good passive but maybe it could scale every ult level. 10-15-20%

Yup it is useless. Even if you have 500 AD it does 50 extra damage only. Wow.

His passive isn't crap, it's actually really strong late game, adding a lot of extra damage to your combo. Assuming your combo is like E-aa-Q-W-aa-Tiamat, you are getting 4 procs in one, fast combo, and if you have an ally with CC, you are going to proc it even more, as it works with any kind of CC except silence and blind. I don't think Talon needs passive buff or rework, I'd say he is pretty strong, but if I could change something in Talon, I would give him channel interrupt to his E, so it becomes Cutthroat again, not Cutankle.

Yeah it's not that great. He technically has two abilities that can trigger it, but good luck landing an auto attack in the .25 seconds his E slows.

And it doesn't even add that much damage. He doesn't use his auto attacks much except to use his Q and when his abilities are on cooldown and he has nothing better to do, and the extra damage it deals is pathetic.
