So once Urgot gets his rework, can we make his current ult into a summoner spell?
Not the whole fear part they're adding, the switching places part. Make it so if you get targeted with Switch you cant be switched again for a bit, and maybe people cant take turret damage right after because i dont think is too fair to force somebody to take free damage from the tower.
A summoner spell like this could be great on champions like 
or 
who need to get into the middle of the enemy team and ult for their full potentials in teamfights but have problems doing so. We could also use some new summoner spells.
