As a solo laner, it drives me up a wall if I get outfarmed, or get killed by a snowballing champ, despite my caution.
As a jungler, I get really pissed if a teammate steals my first camp.
As an ADC, I hate doormat support players. They just let you die, and they're the worst wingmates.
As a support, teammates not paying attention to my wards and doing really stupid things. I feel ready to just head-desk if my entire team is losing.

As a jungler, I hate players who ping for a gank when they've pushed the enemy under their turret. I am NOT going to tower dive for you. I also hate when this same player gets ganked because they're over-extended, and they blame me for not ganking their lane.
As a laner, I hate being camped by an enemy jungle, especially if that leads to the enemy laner outfarming me. Even if the camp isn't a successful gank, the fact that I'm permanently pushed back and on guard annoys me to no end.
As a support, I hate when my ADC does not focus on objectives.. Example.. We double kill enemy team and have a wave pushed to their turret that has 500hp. Enemy jungler comes in. ADC runs away instead of doing the 1 auto it would take to destroy the turret and then turn into a 2v1. I usually die in this process as I'm trying to destroy the turret. Another variant is when they CS instead of attacking the low health turret.
As a team player, I hate.. absolutely hate... when my team chases an enemy into an unwarded jungle. It almost ALWAYS ends badly. Baiting is sometimes just too damn good.

When I'm mid and winning my lane really hard but my teammates are losing badly
When jungling and i tell my laner i'm on the way and they just sit there and do nothing
When I'm ADC and I watch my support try to go in for poke and ends up losing half of their HP...then they keep doing it after I tell them to play safe
When I'm support and I set up a nice play and nobody finishes it

People losing lane for me (only really happens on ADC, which is why I don't play it) Support: An ADC having unrealistic goals, I can't save you from everything. Mid: Botlane ignoring pings and expecting me to follow 100% of the time, even if it gets me killed. 48983507DEL11 votesThis happens on very rare occasions, but losing a giant duel by randomly getting 500+ ping is absolutely infuriating. It's worse when the enemy then types "Rekt" or "Outplayed" in the chat.

It's a bit worse when you ward for your team and then they use that information to make bad plays they wouldn't make if they didn't have the vision.
