I know certain ones like draven auto ping when I reach a certain amount of adoration, but in the case of say, annie, it'd be nice to ping when pyromania is up :/
edit: or how about kindred, so I can let my laner know I have to KS them?

And you actually can already ping passives, but it's super inconsistent across champions.
If you ping corki passive it says "Passive ready" but if you ping kayn passive, it just says "Kayn- alive"

It's funny cuz, on one hand being able to ping passives would be hella useful for a large percentage of champions, but on the other hand you happen to use a really bad example. The entire purpose of the bar under her HP bar is to show her passive, alike Jhin's ammo count.
And besides, being able to ping passive stuffs is so important that I'm more than sure that Riot's currently implementing it as we type.

For Draven it's a global thing to show how much stack he has so enemy can shut him down.

idk about anyone else but i can clearly see annie's passive under her healthbar. regardless adding it wouldn't hurt a soul

I always wait if Garden of Thorns is about to come out of cooldown so I have as many plants as possible and can use skillshots accordingly (just Zyra main things). You don't need to get the kill to get a stack of Kindred, an assist works as well.
