Wukong changes

I excitedly read through every new patch, hoping I'd see something new, or different done with my favorite champion. I have one tricked Wukong since I started playing LoL back in S5. I am 4k mastery points short of 800k currently. I have posted ideas for changes before, and I will continue to do so until Wukong gets some spotlight. I don't even play him much anymore, because it is so much easier to climb with other champions. I play nautilus mostly now.

PASSIVE: Stone Skin "4 / 6 / 8 bonus armor and magic resistance for each visible nearby enemy champion"

Very little gold value. Wukong's passive comes from Sun Wukong's lore "a monkey born from a stone". I suggest this change: "4 / 6 / 8 bonus armor and magic resistance, plus 2 / 4 / 6 (plus 2 / 3 / 4 when below 50% HP) for each visible nearby enemy champion."

*Numbers in () show total amounts if HP is <50% Early-game: 1v1 Wu gets 6 (8) resistances instead of 4. At max stacks Wu gets 14 (24) resistances instead of 20. Mid-game: 1v1 Wu gets 8 (13) resistances instead of 6. At max stacks Wu gets 26 (41) resistances instead of 30. Late-game: 1v1 Wu gets 14 (18) resistances instead of 8. At max stacks Wu gets 38 (58) resistances instead of 40.

It might seem like a lot, but his original passive is useless in 1v1 situations. You actually didn't get anything from it until you grouped. This makes it so it isn't completely useless in 1v1 situations. It gives Wukong an identity. When below 50% HP wukong's skin turns to stone, hardening, making him tankier.

W: Decoy " invisibility for 1.5 seconds and leaves behind a decoy"

This is a great ability, I just wished it did something more. Here is a quote from the real Wukong lore: "He knows spells to command wind, part water, conjure protective circles against demons, and freeze humans, demons, and gods alike."

I think the following should be added to this ability: "All non-champion targets hit by the clone are stunned for 1.5 seconds."

This change allows Wu to have a more efficient capability in [technically] his own environment, the jungle.

SKIN Another quote from the real Sun Wukong's lore: "Wukong defeats the dragons of the four seas in battle and forces them to give him a golden chain mail shirt, a phoenix-feather cap, and cloud-walking boots."

Dragon Slayer Wukong? Why not? It is in the real Wukong's lore.
