I feel like he deals a ton of damage right now with his tiger stance and the conqueror rune. He does a lot of things really well as it is. He is very strong early-mid, which is all that games last for now. What are your opinions / advice?
Yes he deals too much damage, but he needs to deal too much damage to be viable lmao

Conqueror is actually really bad on Udyr. It takes too long to charge up and only gives like 30 AD. The true damage is only really worth it on tanks. Press the Attack is still better on him. Get the 3 hits off in Tiger stance and the target will take all the damage from the Tiger stance DoT instantly and refresh the DoT while also taking the damage from the PtA proc and the 12% bonus.
Udyr only has two states: broken as shit, and unplayable. He's currently the former.
His damage per game is one of the lowest per jungler. What he wins with is being a second split pusher and solo objective taker.
If your team doesn't feed him in the first 4 levels, he's usually only a minor nuisance. Run slows. Run stuns. Run Mobility of your own, and he can't even reach teams. That's basically why he does well. When people run champs like 
who have mobility issues relative to a jungle melee duelist.
Better tuned than yi so I guess he’s balanced....
Yes hes sitting at a 56% win rate in diamond-plat for the past 7 days according to OP.GG. Way to much mobility and dmg. Seems to be the norm nowadays.
Yes, he does. But so do other 140 champions so he's hardly out of line.
He's definitely on the strong side. And too tanky for the amount of damage he can deal.

Yus. Yus they do.
It'd be fair if he did the damage he does if you were truly able to play against it, literally the same as a juggernaut but the problem is he dishes out the damage instantly and even if you do get a bit of distance from him his Q damage over time just murders you, where as other juggernauts most of the time if you manage to disengage they have no way of getting back to you.

The how has always been relatively easy, being good and highly skilled is knowing what to do. Udyr might scale up too fast, but he rewards the latter as most moba champs do.
