Can you revert Azir's nerf to his base Movement Speed, Riot?

Since Patch 5.17 hit, playing Azir has become an absolutely terrible experience.

I totally understand the need to tone down Azir's power and highlighting his strengths. I agree, he shouldn't have so much front-loaded burst, followed up by huge sustained damage. This is why I find the removal of Q additional damage done by extra soldiers a sensible nerf, so he can't get to do huge burst poke damage.

However, I don't see anything wrong with him having a standard 335 MS for a mage. With this MS, he is still vulnerable to dives like any other mage. Reducing his MS to 325 just handicaps him so hard. It won't make him more vulnerable to champions who could already dive him before. However, other champions can literally walk toward him to dive him now, it's not even funny. Kiting out enemies was difficult before, but now it's impossible.

I just find the change to be extremely brutal. His winrate dropped from 47% to 42%, with a mere 5% pick rate. Could you please revert this change Riot, or at least give us clearer context behind it? Thank you.

Use the movement speed masteries, it almost gives him the exact same move speed he use to have.

Morde got the same treatment and for him is way worse. He is melee, lacks CC/escapes/gapclosers. Don't feel so bad, friend.
