FIX GRAGAS Q BUG PLEASE RIOT

I was jungling with gragas and then at some points in the jungle my Q was stuck with 0 mana and 0 cooldown I didn't know what was going on but I wasn't able to use my Q once even if I leveled it up it didn't do anything. Soo I ended up using my W,E,R only....
