Different voice packs?

Is it possible to play on NA servers with a Korean or Chinese/Japanese voicepack/language?

I've been playing a very long time so I know what all the buttons are and how to play etc I wont need to read what things do.

Just really jealous of watching streams and hearing the amazing voicepacks etc.

could be my American ignorance showing, I just really like the way it sounds.
