@Riot: Can you verify whether or not this is a bug??

One's first thought would be that it isn't a bug, since it's very similar to Zed's E->W combo, and it also takes very fast mouse and finger movements in order to pull this maneuver off in a beneficial manner, but I think an official statement would be nice to just clear things up.
