Yah or nah? I kind of want to utilize Sheen proc on her but I wonder if the new bonus attack speed is worth it.

Just get both. The only thing that overlaps is phage.

I'm sorry but no, don't get both that's just stupid. item 3078 and item 3071 are situational. if you are really comfortable with Fiora and can handle many match ups or just plain ahead. Concerning , it is used when behind, when you are evenly matched or when the enemy team is generally tanky and you need some sustain.

It's not stupid. Ofcourse it's better to get tri force over BC when ur ahead but both work. The sheen proc and attack speed and moderate health from tri force and the high health and the armor shred from BC and the combined 40% cdr allow u to duel most if not everybody. The only difference is u get tri force before BC if ur ahead or get tri force later if ur super behind. It helps when splitting.
