I really don't want to see a champ that gets repeatedly buffed like Lux or Tahm Kench.

He's probably one of the most balanced ADCs on release.

Atm, I think he's perfect. About the only thing he could use is slightly better reload time scaling with level.

he's either a really strong ADC, or a really bad one. I've never met an okay Jhin

Is he getting buffed? I didn't see anything about it on surrender@20. Plus, remember he's like Draven in terms of burst but has no way of keeping said damage consistent. He is also very immobile with the only hard CC being a conditional snare. While I agree he doesn't need buffs, he doesn't need nerfs either.
