We all know that the marksmen are getting a rework. Of them, which champs are receiving the biggest tweaks or will see the most changes?

From what I've seen Rioter's say, there going to be some focus on MissFortune Quinn Caitlyn and apparently some changes may be coming to KogMaw .

Quinn is probably going to be major work MF is going to get some buffs, probably E related Cait is going to get some small changes, and hopefully bug fixes for her AA Lucian is going to get a update as well, to fix the Lucian-Graves overlap thing There are probably some other, but these are ones that we can be pretty sure that getting updates

I really think Twitch should get some kinda rework, a rework that he was given more than 3 years ago is pretty old. and the way the game has changed in that amount of time, people just don't have the patience with him these days. People don't seem to like it when I pick him and I can understand in their opinions why but still maybe if they changed him some what so that way he can feel useful through out the game maybe Twitch would be more fun.
