Seriously, 15 seconds off all abilities cooldowns? none of them even have 15 seconds, also I know you KAtarina mains, "OMG just get good you %%%got her passive's not the problem, you just suck!"
trust me, if anything make it that her cooldowns are reduced by 25%-50% upon kills or assists, I mean it's far more reasonable then pretty much URF for one champ.

I think her kit's fine for the most part, just the passive needs to change, I mean 50% reduction upon kills/assists is balanced, because she's a burst champ.

her abilities by themselves suck. when they are reset and repeated then the damage adds up and she becomes lethal to an entire team.

It used to even say that explicitly at one point, just after her rework: "Champion kills or assists reduce Death Lotus's cooldown by 10 seconds and refresh basic abilities. "

Because Ahri at least has mana to watch out for, Katarina's got no mana, not even energy so she never needs to fall back due to being oom.

DeathBurst1 votesYou don't understand how the champion is supposed to work if you are making this suggestion. The purpose of her reset is that if she kills a target she can go to the next one. Reducing her CD by 50%, even 70% if you want, is as good as 0%. If she cannot jump to her next target or back to safety right after killing her first target, she's as good as dead. Her resets are not supposed to give her more uptime, they are supposed to let her chain shunpos, and potentially kills.
