Whenever I try to play Lissandra or Swain top, if the enemy rushes Spectre's Cowl, you're basically useless against that enemy. The only counter? Void Staff rush, which is kinda suicide on those close-range tanky mages (you have to get RoA first).

where a good portion of their damage comes from DoTs. Otherwise there are a lot of DoT champs in league.
