State of taliyah if rylias gets nerfed?

Theres alot of people complaining on the boards about rylias crystal scepter and i think i remember seeing a rioter say that they're going to end up nerfing it. Well it was a core item of taliyah and taliyah in her current state right now is almost impossible to carry with in soloque (thats IMO) shes gotten so many nerfs and now once again they are going to nerf her core item and shes going to be pratically unplayable so riot if you nerf rylias please give atleast a little love tap to taliyah. -Edit- Shes now sitting at a 43% winrate and people with 125+ games on her is now sitting at around 50%

Hopefully they'll buff her if that happens and she's under performing, but sometimes Riot takes a bit to do that.

Even more garbage than she already is thanks to Riot's LCS-level nerfs making her absolutely worthless, as well as the W changes and other changes in general to her kit thanks to people who had almost no experience on her, if at all, crying because they didn't want to bother learning how to play her and would rather just cry.

I think she'll be fine. The synergy with her Q is really good and should be nerfed a bit. It still isn't as oppressive as the likes of . His Passive shouldn't proc the slow. It's insane.

The problem is any champion with a global ultimate will see high level play. Right now she is the Shen of the mid lane and her walling ability is better than the TwistedFate global ultimate.
