Corki Needs a Little Something.

Corki is the second worst ADC right now, barely above Kalista who is kept garbage because of balancing issues. However, Corki isn't nearly as problematic as Kalista, and right now his main issue is that his itemization is disgustingly bad because building crit on him sucks after his auto nerfs and triforce changes, and armor pen is literally useless on him because he does 80% magic damage. Maybe if Riot buffed Corki/Trist/Draven we would actually see some variety in the bot lane instead of just faceroll 600 range ADCs like Caitlyn, Ashe, and Jinx that have very little counterplay if played properly.
