Why is Jinx getting buffed? WTF? Jinx is the most braindead ADC champ in the game, please don't buff her.

If she uses her rocket ult right in your face it shouldn't do that much damage damage, but if you manage to land a rocket toplane from botlane, I'm all for being rewarded with more damage. It's hard to do and requires good aim and a lot of prediction, because there's a big chance you'll miss and waste an ult.
As for her AUTO rockets, they are meant to do more splash damage with a slower auto timer. Trist does splash damage, complain about that too if its your problem. Right now Jinx is average, she's not op. Not sure where any of you are getting that from. Early game her rockets burn her mana, there's a cost to that extra damage.
Out of 16 adc champions, she's 7th in winrate (51%) and 8th in pick rate (12%), smack in the middle.
As for her ban rate rank, she's 113th with a percent of 0.11%
Jhin is more of a problem right now than Jinx is

Well, this doesnt touch her lane much. However I do think that she doesnt deserve a buff. Honestly with all the nerfs being handed out to other Adc's I think Jinx has just become the best ADC.
Jinx's kit is built for cleanup, but the current long-range damage on her ult isn't worth the risk of missing entirely when she could just fire it off in a teamfights for free, though unsatisfying damage. The scaling damage buff is neglible until she either has a lot of AD or manages to land the ult at long range, which should feel rewarding.
jinx isn't ban worthy. she isn't high priority. she isn't on the level of twitch, jhin, ashe, or sivir in strength. yea shes 7th in winrate for adcs in solo que. but riot is preparing for worlds. they are trying to bring a lot of champions up to the strength of the meta champs for more variety in worlds. jinx isn't very high priority but she might see some action now that she got a buff and people remember that she isn't bad.
Jinx is always the most safe and viable adc of all times,and the next ad after Vayne that makes players want to kill themselfs? Let's buff this. Not kalista and underpowered champs who require actual skill
I play her and almost all Jinx right now build two attack speed items to get to that 80% crit chance one being hurricane (cause it synergizes with rockets) and the other usually being firecanon because a huge long distance auto crit with aoe that also crits and +150 damage hurts and not to mention that when she gets excited she can get the proc back faster. This means that increasing just the AD scaling on her ult really isn't that huge since she doesn't build that huge an amount of it.
