Rammus should have never had a slow on his W at all. I along with a lot of other people were perfectly fine with the old Rammus before the rework. This is what happens.

Yay for riot for listening to bad silver players who cant learn how to play their champ instead of crying on forums until they make their champs broken.

51% win rate isnt good enough, their champ is trash if it isnt at 60% win rate with a massive pick rate.

I was perfectly fine before the Rammus rework and never asked for a single buff, although I thought it from time to time. This is what happens when you mettle with an okay champ.
