Starting W on Illaoi vs Starting Q level 1

For a while, I always started Q on Illaoi, for the sustain and the little bit of waveclear and other stuff. But something that came to my mind recently, was... why not just start W? Especially now that it's damage have been buffed?

Think of it like this. You're top lane and you've set up your tentacles. You have about three three up, or maybe more. So... why not take advantage of that and use your W? For one thing, it's an auto attack reset, so say the best case scenario is, AA > W > 2 tentacles slam down > AA

The amount of damage you'll output level 1, would be pretty epic!
