What If we recreated Wriggle's Lantern into a differnet item

When I first start league last year Wriggle's Lantern was one of my favorite items because I played a ton of Xin Zhao gtting to level 30

Now that devourer has replaced Wriggle's and with an Item that actually had some impact on the lore (Ezreal found it on one of his expeditions) i thik it would be cool to reacreate it into a new item, specifically a support item

(NEW) Wriggle's Lantern

Kinglegem + Haunting Guise + Some Combine cost (Most likely low)

300 Health 30 AP 10% CDR

Unique Passive: Eyes of Pain (My eyes are in pain after seeing this xD) +15 Magic Penetration Unique Active: Ancient Fire: Champion Gains True Sight for 6 Seconds, if you kill a ward while the active is up, its cooldown is decreased by 15 seconds (90 second cooldown)

This item is cool because it gives you Oracle's (Basically) and promotes ward killing giving it a buff allowing supports to buy differnet trinkets late game

Well you may ask, what about invisible champions?

Well this allows Riot to buff back those champions because invisible champions normally had a lack of counter play because once oracle's was removed, invisible champions rose in power, then resulting in their fall.

This is an item that can allow them to do cool things to those champions
