Please fix this if only because its how it should work. I know he's strong right now but that doesn't mean spellvamp should work improperly for him.

Nah Riot actually wants Morde to be really hard to play effectively. They want him to be the SLOWEST of any melee without any way to actually get into the fight reliably. Plus he cant have good sustain via spell vamp come on now that would be fair to Morde.
Whats with the downvotes? A Single-Target spell is applying 33% of the healing (Has been like that since the PBE and our complaints never got acknowledged), a very obvious bug and people downvote?
Nah, his Q can be used to hit multiple targets just like always, and the final hit is massive. You're better off forgetting the spell vamp and just building more health + regen, anyway.
