Hotarµ5 votes1 - It's a root, not a stun. Huge difference.
2 - Her empowered root is 3 seconds at max rank, not 3 seconds at all levels.
3 - She has to hit an enemy first with her ability at max rank for it to be a 3 second root. ~~Stand behind more than 1 minion or ~~ Don't stand directly behind minions or move out of the way entirely, it's basically the same as Lux's or Miss Fortune's Q.
Not saying I like Neeko because I do have a lot of problems with her, but stop posting stuff like this if you want people to take you (and the gameplay boards) seriously.

You don't play neeko, do you? It's not like Lux's, as it doesn't stop after 2. Standing behind more than 1 minion makes it worse for you.
