Really starting to get pissed off that probably the weakest champion in the game is still the weakest champion in the game while you buff people that don't fucking need it. Bard and Camille and Riven don't need a buff anywhere near as much as Ivern does, get your priorities straight.

He got one, TRIGGERSEED SHIELD 70/100/130/160/190 ⇒ 75/110/145/180/215 so +25 at max rank, wow, that's incredibly noticeable oh wait its not at all. Meanwhile at level 1 he doesn't start even start with the same armor as MF or Jinx, they start at 30 armor he starts at 27.

I mean they were compensation buffs for the lack of a true windspeakers,not to mention when ivern was an LCS jungler they nerfed his shield,so he should be in a state relative to that ivern with slightly less full HP shielding,but compensated by aeri,and two,he is a supportive jungler,so what if he get's 3 less armor? what's that going to do early? hurt his fixed HP/mana clear? make his low competitive potential not be able to solo kill cause he is so kill reliant? being a support jungler who doesn't even upgrade for an enchanted jungle item saving 1000 or so gold I feel like armor is a low priority,and 25 shield makes a difference if you get supporting items that boost shielding or just 
to peel a little more as you heal

Armor have you seen how ivern clears the jungle, wtf you need armor for your a support not a front line.

Im pretty sure base stat wise hes in line if not ahead of other support mages like sona and soraka.

Okay, but Ivern doesn't do anywhere near the damage that Lulu or Tahm do and they are actual for-real Supports. Ivern also isn't anywhere near as tanky as Tahm. So he is neither damage nor tanky, while there are multiple actual supports that are both. That's why he needs a buff.

Tahm kench is a tank, not a mage. Lulu is sort of a mage but... Ivern does the same if not more damage than lulu.
