Stealth Reset's Rav- I mean Whiplash's cooldown and re-empowers it. Abuse the stealth Mechanic.

Sometimes, you don't need Allure to mature into a Charm effect, it's Slow strength can negate the get-away power of flash in some cases.

Basic attacks detonate the bonus damage from the first cast of Hatespike. Save your second casts for the appropriate moment for more damage.

I now get Blasting Wand before I buy Aether Wisp or Sheen for its raw power.

#Rushing Sheen does not provide any raw stats beyond Mana and Cooldown. It makes clearing camps with mana in mind easier, but then Runic Echoes already does well for mana conservation anyway)

I like new Evelyn a lot! She is my go to jungler right now actually.

I'm playing a lot of Eve after rework, and I come to think that Evelynn's damage is outright insanely high. But the problem is your "accessibility" to that damage. And that tends to hold back your damage in quite a lot of situations.

Cooldowns are a must to make your Q intervals faster. (Your triple Q casts will initially be 1.5 seconds and will be lower the more you have cdr.) Stacking onhits on your E is also needed to extend your burst. Also to note, your charm even if not fully primed is a 60% slow. It is VERY strong.

Also there are many tips to net kills. Since you cannot be targeted after you use ult, charming a target and using ult on top of them will make easy dives. Using stealth to go in bushes for lane ganks are creative and effective ways to ambush.
