How do you lane against Fiora?

Title. I get absolutely annihilated by her every time I lane against her. I usually play Renekton, Garen, Pantheon, Urgot, and Yorick. Doesn't matter who I play I get stomped. Hard.

I figure you want to wait out her riposte before doing a serious trade, but I find while you're waiting for her to use that ability she's just out right clicking you so you have to use your abilities, which is when she ripostes, so you lose the trade even harder. And you cant run away from her because she can perma dash.

No trying to complain, I'm honestly looking for some way to deal with her. I just get zoned every time and get really pissed off.

renekton wins early you should smash her with a item 3076 and item 3047

make sure to translate your lead to other lanes

I would have to say your best chance with the champions you play is Renekton , Urgot, and maybe Pantheon (He's to risky to play). She's a great duelist as she is known for so make short trades because her Q should have a short cool down of atleast 5sec or if she misses it abuse her for that mistake. You can also all-out her and bait out her W, also stand near the wall so she can't stack her ulti on you. As all don't let you Q you with her passive on you or else she's going to regen quite quickly even though her stacks on (passive) doesn't seen that great.

You bend over and- oh wait, you want to WIN. Well shit, you didn't pick Jax or Kennen

fifi relies so heavily on her auto attacks. She may also have a huge range, but she has to set up if you farm from the opposite side of her, if you have to get close, engage and make her back off. If she outplays you then, you kinda never had a chance because she learned her champ and that's all it takes for a fiora to run away with your lane.

If your dead-set on beating fifi, watch some guides of people playing her, see what they look for when they poke, when they engage, when they can accurately judge their damage. When you see these, you can adjust your play style to move around these signs, see if you can make her q hit minions only, try to bait out her mana expending, she can oom if you can dodge. Other than that, with NO real reliant on resource of mana anymore in the major game of league, I know that I honestly can't beat her because of the burst/mana ratios. Can't even wait them out. I hope maybe you can find someone better. [fiora-cool]

Like with most skirmishers, the more important factor isn't how good you are as much as how good they are. Test the waters and see how good they are by playing passively, and then aggressively or defensively based on your assessment. It can also help if you look at the player's rune choices and match history.

Just note that someone has stated that going into a bush resets the vitals, it doesn't so ignore that part. Fiora's vitals is a range mechanic.

SoloRenektonOnly on youtube also has a couple of match up's against Fiora and he does a very good job of both explaining and showing you that you can back away from her and reset her Vitals. After watching his vids I started to do this and Fiora wasn't as big a threat when she has to get behind you to proc the vitals.
