Would rageblade draven allow you to juggle an additional axe?

I have, granted, limited experience playing Draven which is why I'm coming to the boards. I know he can usually juggle three axes because he can keep one in the air.

Would the phantom auto on rageblade allow him to juggle four axes by having two in the air at once? What kind of timing would be required to pull that off?

I'm not suggesting this would be meta or practical. I just want to know if it's possible.

I don't believe so. Four axes is possible, albeit not practical, without rageblade. It just requires more attack speed than normal. Juggling three, however, is doable and much easier than four, albeit still challenging.
