I still dont get why Kat got directly buffed after 6.22 but Fizz wasnt touched/even nerfed slightly

I mean, Kat has a very high skill cap now with extremely high damage potential and mobility. She will most likely get nerfed soon anyway once more people figure her out. Meanwhile Fizz doesnt really have a high skill cap at all, he is binary and very predictable/telegraphed. The only thing that makes him somewhat ok is that ult attachment radius we all know and love as well as people just not knowing how to play against him yet (almost every mage I play against takes Flash/Ignite instead of Barrier or Exhaust and rushes a Morello instead of getting an early Negatron, of course he is often gonna snowball off that).

Kinda sad honestly, the nerfs in 6.12 were already really bad. Caused solely by tank Fizz, but ended up hitting AP Fizz hard as well, which was already balanced.

I dislike the Fizz changes. Old Fizz was too quick on the burst maybe, but this new version has only 1 combo which ever works, which starts off with a max range ult. And since they broke the hitbox, it's not even hard to pull off. It feels like he became just more binary and boring to play as and against...

If they lowered the W proc to 1.5 seconds or so he'd be able to fight without relying on his ult all the time.

Perhaps but he'd still have 1 combo completely set into stone that would always be the best. And with the weird ulti hitbox it feels less rewarding when you hit it cuz you know it's almost impossible to hit. The ultimate should be harder to hit, but as compensation it should indeed be possible for Fizz to kill without it as well.

As long as he has the bullshit ult hitbox he can't be buffed. Remove that and then maybe the buffs can come.

Yeah, I like how they though "Basically you have to dodge the equvilent of a Lux E skillshot... or Fizz murders your face off... BALLANCED! Lets have pizza now."

What it needs is to not go through minions... then Fizz would have to work to get an angle on you.

I still remember that Fizz could W+Q and kill the enemy some years ago and he was considered trash pick. Then LB, Kassa, Talon, Ahri and all other OP shit got nerfed or changed and Fizz became oppressive. Then they nerfed him and AD/Tank Fizz became strong, and got nerfed. And since then Fizz is just trash that has to become fed early or he is extremely useless, and the supports deal more dmg than him.
