Don't seem to be worth it. I honestly find that Tear isn't that great because you won't be able to fully stack it when games end so quickly now. Atm, it feels like a mediocre gold sink.

If the game ends faster than you can fully stack it you're not using your abilities enough. It should be fully stacked by 15-20mins.

Well that depends on the mage for sure, and if you rush the staff or not.

Swain Ezreal blue and Jayce it's a core item on as they take great advantage of the item. Not sure who else builds it though.

idk about normals, but aram matches usually end before ppl can stack it, hence being one of the biggest gold sinks. I never grab it unless I'm karthus, and even then I dont grab it all the time.
