He was released barely a month ago, or 2 weeks ago, idk which patch he came out. but yeah it takes some time to pick him up. ornn's laning phase isn't exactly the best per say and in a game where toplane and botlane are dominated by how the earlygame progresses thats fatal asf.

I'm currently at about a 55% wr with Ornn so far (exclusively top, haven't tried him jungle)

He's a lot stronger than he looks and if you know how to use him, he out-trades most people pre-6, except for obvious counters like Fiora, Vayne, and Teemo (because your brittle procs depend on autos and your shield doesn't stop DoT as much)

Even against Fiora, at level 7 I was able to trade her for 30% of her hp and only take 5% of mine, it was late game that she just hard countered me.
