Better Balancing MMR in Promotionals
_I've posted this multiple times before but got no responses, let's just assume it got passed up. _
MMR balancing in Promos. Is a joke. Sorry but, you guys really need to not lock use the current balancing formula you use for promotional games. It has come to my attention quite some long time ago, that promotional matches make your MMR "higher" for the sake of balancing, to try and check if you belong in the next tier.
Sure, sounds great! Except. In practice, you don't get more challenging games, you get sandbags. Your teammates are either no where near your MMR, or your opponents are way above the "projected" rank.
Consider the following match, and there are tons more like these I can pull up.

This is my Silver 3 promotionals. Two players had 1 game played in Ranked Total. The enemy team as you can see, was no where near my MMR. They were all happily sitting at their respective ranks. I have a Op.gg prospective rank of Silver 2.
Please. Your 1 free win is not an excuse for poor matchmaking. Fix it.
