[CLIENT] Client doesn't open first try, ever

Hey guys, since you're obviously not aware of this very disgusting bug, I'll be the* first one to report it*.

What happens : Client Doesn't Open.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Open Launcher.
2. Press Play.
3. Wait and do nothing.
4. Open Task Manager.
5. End LoLClient.exe task.
6. Repeat until it finally opens.

Expected result : Client should open. Actual result : You have to launch the launcher and press play an average of 5 times.

So I mean, obviously this hasn't been around for 3 patches now and isn't affecting gameplay by anywhere from 2-5 minutes, so I understand that it's not top priority. But could you do us a solid and maybe tell the client technicians about this? Maybe? Thanks friends.
