The masteries affect everyone, even though they are minor.

Youmuu's only lost 5 lethality, which is barely anything considering you get 90-110 by the end of the game.

Cleaver wasn't even an issue. Yet get's nerfed still.

And then LW getting more +15% armor pen. More damage per health on attacks, only at the slight cost of 15 damage.

Why does Riot never want to actually make the changes that matter to the health of the game. Like, whats the point of playing the game if it is going to be over by 30 minutes. Unless they make error after error, the game is decided most of the time by who gets first turret and first couple kills. Because this has been the most snowbally the game has been in all that I can remember.

Someone else mentioned earlier in the day, team fights are stupid now. You make 1 tiny misstep, or don't dodge an ability, you are dead. Teamfights are over in like 10 seconds. Why are you playing a game when you only get to actually go all in trying to knock down the enemy, 10 seconds every 5 minutes?

Look at the LCS, most games have what, 2-3 kills by 20 minutes? I love watching the LCS, but the rate at which the game is decides, is fucking terrible.

Where are the 45 minute hard fought battles that rely on a late game team fight to decide the game, not who teleport bot first to get first turret and some kills.

No, It's pretty much impossible to exceed 92.5, and after the nerfs to both Ghostblade and precision that's down to 85. But realistically, you're looking at no more than 45 with 2 lethality items even if you get full lethality reds on an ADC

Which is probably bad for Lucian, a champ I've been recently having a lot of success on, as well as MF. But bruisers that use this item are better off.

Good. It's more specifically dealing with tanks now. Also take into consideration the LDR nerfs. ADCs now deal less damage once they have completed LDR compared to before due to damage amp./health diff scaling being halved.

And you wonder why crit build is bad on ADC? You know, where it takes 11k gold to become relevant relative to other builds?

Catering to ADCs lmao lets just forget the patches before where all the top tier mids were mages with the exception of corki who is half a mage anyway. AP carry "support" mages taking over botlane and it actually turned out that the best "ADC" was also a mage.

Time to bust up the "MAGES ARE WEAK QQ" circlejerk. They're just fine. Kha and Rengo got nerfed this patch. Youmuu's, BC, and Jhin and getting nerfed this patch. EoN nerfs are on the PBE
