It's more present on her than her ult. It lasts way to long with such a short cd for something that literally blocks everything. It needs to be gutted. The fact it can be cast on other people and literally block them from any damage along with and cc and no matter how many times you hit it, it doesn't go down is ridiculous.

With 40% cd before level 14 it's around 5 seconds up with 8 seconds down time after (If the shield doesn't break).

swanington2 votesIt does go down and it only blocks magic damage and cc. Adcs still cut through it, as do towers and literally anyone's basic attacks. If you see her throw it up it means someone else isn't shielded. Shift your focus. Also then you know it's on cool down for at least 10s. It's like any other ability. Use your Windows of opportunity.

Yes, normal abilities have more up time than ultimates. As for the rest, that's literally not true in multiple ways.
