Why is noone talking about this?

One of the OG junglers, the terror from the dark, is basically 0.4% win rate higher than Volibear top, and noone seems to give a fk.

What can be done to help our friendly bladed ghost?

Does Riot even care about these champions that are too old now and don't sell them skins? I mean, they did buff Nunu, what about Noc?

I guess we'll have to wait for the dart to hit on Nocturne buffs next time someone from the balance team throws it on the buff dart board.

Let's hope it's something as crazy as Cho "1 shot with 8k hp" Gath , Seju "1k armor" ani or Nunu!

He's not played often, so it could just be because very few people who play them lack the experience to play him right.

He's an outdated assassin that wasn't included in the assassin update for some reason. He's an assassin that power farms? But only well in the late game? When assassins fall off? He's better as a bruiser but his ult would be useless against most tanks, as they have multiple forms of CC in the form of slows, knock ups, snares, etc. His tether takes so long while having nothing going for it until it fears them. Leblanc has twice the tether range and takes half a second less to turn hers into a root. His ult is great engage but he has no disengage, while assassins like talon kat zed all have a way to get out.
