Anyone who frequently plays 
knows that his passive is worthless to build around. You're better off rushing 
and 
and building for splitpushing or just straight tank items. I think his passive should be reworked to reflect his unique style of play, perhaps a mini movespeed steroid when running to/from enemy champions, or turrets, etc.

It's just not optimal to build around. Other items are better than RoA or Seraph.

Slythion1 votesThe point is that most of the mana-giving items are situational on Singed, and strait tank is more viable most of the time. His complaint is that his passive isn't applicable or relevant in most games, which is reasonable. I think he should have a passive rework

though, sometimes . really only if you aren't split pushing heavily since it would probably just be better to get more AP for split pushing.
