2 of those are in line for a rework, 2 are reasonably new, 1 was reworked last year.
Lux is also an older champion, meaning that until Star Guardian Lux, all but 1 of her skins are essentially glorified chromas.
I think the Lunar Guardian skin was excessive, but seriously, stop and think for 2 seconds about why this happened.
